About the role
Provide high-quality bedside care to adult medical-surgical patients, including assessments, medication administration, wound care, and IV therapies.
Responsibilities
- Document patient information accurately in the EHR
- Collaborate with RNs and physicians to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Adhere to all safety and infection control standards
Qualifications & Skills
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure
- Strong clinical skills in MedSurg care, including assessments, medication administration, wound care, and IV therapy
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
- Ability to follow safety and infection control protocols
