Responsibilities
- Provide bedside care for diverse patients
- Conduct individualized assessments and develop personalized care plans
- Prepare equipment and assist physicians during examinations and treatments
- Prepare, administer, and document prescribed medications
- Monitor patients and initiate alternative actions in response to adverse symptoms
- Change dressings, insert catheters, and start IVs as needed
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong clinical assessment skills
- Proficiency in medication administration
- Experience with patient care procedures such as dressings and IV placement
- Ability to respond swiftly to patient needs
- Ability to collaborate effectively with medical teams
