About the role
Provide comprehensive bedside care to adult patients, including post‑op, chronic, and acute cases on a fast‑paced MedSurg unit.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments
- Administer IVs and medications
- Perform wound care
- Monitor telemetry
- Coordinate care among team members
- Document care using the EMR system
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient outcomes
Qualifications
- Experienced RN with proficiency in MedSurg nursing
- Strong assessment and clinical skills
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment
- Effective communication skills
