A travel assignment delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in medical-surgical and telemetry units.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient conditions, monitor cardiac telemetry, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Administer medications and treatments according to standards
- Prepare patients for procedures, monitor responses, and document care details
- Ensure patient safety, manage multiple patients, and maintain infection control practices
- Facilitate discharge planning and advocate for patient needs
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory standards
Requirements
- One year of recent Med Surg/Tele RN experience
- Valid RN license and current BLS certification
- Strong clinical, critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Physical, motor, sensory, and mental abilities to perform nursing duties effectively
