About the Role
A qualified Med Surg/Tele RN will provide patient-centered care in medical-surgical and telemetry units.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient conditions
- Administer medications
- Monitor cardiac telemetry
- Prepare patients for procedures
- Document care
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Ensure safety and infection control practices
Requirements
- At least one year of recent Med Surg/Tele RN experience
- Valid RN licensure
- Current BLS certification
Preferred Qualifications
- NIHSS certification
- ACLS certification
