About the Role
We are seeking a Med Surg/Tele RN to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in medical-surgical and telemetry units.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient conditions and monitor cardiac telemetry
- Administer medications and prepare patients for procedures
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safety and infection control standards
- Document patient information accurately
- Advocate for patients and facilitate discharge planning
- Maintain a safe environment for patients and staff
Requirements
- At least one year of recent Med Surg/Tele RN experience
- Valid RN license
- Current BLS certification
Qualifications (Preferred)
- NIHSS certification
- ACLS certification

- Critical thinking and problem-solving
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical stamina and technical proficiency
