Travel Med Surg/Telemetry RN

Role: The Travel Med Surg/Tele RN provides high-quality, patient-centered care in medical-surgical and telemetry units. Responsibilities: Assess patient conditions, monitor cardiac telemetry, administer medications, explain procedures, prepare patients for diagnostics, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, document care, manage multiple patients, ensure infection control, advocate for patients, facilitate discharge planning, and adhere to safety protocols. Qualifications: Requires at least one year of recent Med Surg/Tele RN experience, valid RN license, and current BLS certification. Preferred certifications include NIHSS and ACLS. Skills: Critical thinking, excellent communication, physical dexterity, interpersonal skills, technical ability, and adaptability to fast-paced environments.
