Travel Med Surg/Telemetry RN

We are seeking a Med Surg/Tele RN to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in medical-surgical and telemetry units. The role involves assessing patient conditions, monitoring cardiac telemetry, administering medications, documenting care, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans. Key Responsibilities Include Explaining procedures to patients and familiesPerforming comprehensive assessments and documenting vital signs and treatmentsPreparing patients for diagnostics and assisting physiciansEnsuring patient safety, infection control, and discharge planningManaging multiple patients efficiently with critical thinking and communication skillsAdhering to safety protocols and regulatory standards Qualifications And Skills Required One year of recent Med Surg/Tele RN experienceValid RN license and current BLS certificationStrong clinical, critical thinking, interpersonal, and technical skillsPhysical ability to perform required tasks and effective communication in English Preferred Certifications Include NIHSS And ACLS.
