About the Role
Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in medical-surgical and telemetry units.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient conditions and monitor cardiac telemetry
- Administer medications and prepare patients for procedures
- Document care and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Manage multiple patients and ensure infection control
- Advocate for patients and facilitate discharge planning
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain professional ethics
- Support a safe environment for patients and staff
Requirements
- At least one year of recent Med Surg/Tele RN experience
- Valid RN license
- Current BLS certification
- Preferred certifications: NIHSS and ACLS
