About the role

We are seeking a skilled Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse for a night shift travel assignment in Warrensville Heights, Ohio. This 13-week contract position offers 36 hours per week on a 12-hour night shift (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM).

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care with a focus on medical-surgical telemetry nursing.
• Monitor vital signs and manage telemetry equipment.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create patient care plans.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.

Requirements

• Minimum of 18 months permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
• Active Ohio RN license or a Compact State RN license in hand at the time of submission.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
• One reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for.
• Must be nicotine-free if not in exempt categories; negative drug screen required within 12 months of start.

Pay

Pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
