Travel Med Surg Telemetry RN - $2,121 per week

About the role

Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide quality care in a Med/Surg Telemetry unit. The nurse will be responsible for patient assessments, developing and implementing nursing care plans, and maintaining accurate medical records.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report changes as necessary.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.

Requirements

• Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
• Permanent Ohio RN License or compact license in hand at time of submission.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Must be willing to obtain NIHSS certification prior to start.
• One recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is required.

• Experience in Med/Surg Telemetry preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay & Schedule

Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
