About the role
We are seeking a skilled Long Term Care RN to provide comprehensive nursing care in a facility setting.
Responsibilities
- Assess resident health and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments
- Supervise nursing staff
- Educate residents and families on care and health management
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Perform technical procedures and operate medical equipment
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality, resident-centered care
- Respond effectively to emergencies
Requirements
- At least one year of recent Long Term Care RN experience
- Valid RN license
- CPR/BLS certification
Preferred Qualifications
- ACLS certification
