Responsibilities
- Assess patient health, develop care plans, and administer treatments
- Monitor residents' conditions and respond to emergencies
- Supervise LPNs and CNAs, delegate tasks, and ensure quality care
- Educate residents and families about treatments and managing chronic conditions
- Document care and collaborate with healthcare teams
- Adhere to safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
Requirements
- Minimum one year of RN experience in long-term care
- Valid RN license, current BLS/CPR certification
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to assist with equipment and residents
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and computer skills
- Ability to work under pressure, handle irregular schedules, and maintain attention to detail
