Travel Long Term Care RN

About the Role

Provide skilled nursing care in a long-term care facility, including assessing residents, developing care plans, administering medications and treatments, supervising staff, educating residents and families, documenting care, responding to emergencies, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor resident health and implement personalized care plans
• Perform skilled nursing procedures
• Supervise and support nursing staff
• Educate residents and families on care and health management
• Document all care provided accurately and timely
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure high-quality, resident-centered care
• Respond to medical emergencies and ensure adherence to safety protocols

Requirements

• One year of recent Long-Term Care (LTC) RN experience
• Valid RN license
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• ACLS certification preferred
• Demonstrated critical thinking and effective communication skills
• Physical stamina and technical proficiency in nursing procedures
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to safety protocols
