About the role

Responsibilities
- Assess resident health and develop and update care plans
- Administer medications and treatments
- Supervise staff and educate residents and families
- Document care and respond to emergencies
Requirements
- At least one year of recent long-term care (LTC) RN experience
- Valid RN license
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Critical thinking and excellent communication skills
- Physical dexterity and ability to work effectively with healthcare teams and residents
Qualifications (Preferred)
- ACLS certification
