Travel Long Term Care RN

Role: Provides skilled nursing care in a long-term care facility, overseeing patient care plans, administering treatments, monitoring health status, and collaborating with healthcare teams. Supervises nursing staff, educates residents and families, and ensures regulatory compliance. Responsibilities Include Assessing resident health and responding to changesDeveloping and implementing personalized care plansAdministering medications and treatmentsSupervising LPNs and CNAsEducating residents and familiesDocumenting care and health updatesResponding to emergencies and coordinating with medical teamsAdhering to safety, infection control, and regulatory standards Qualifications & Skills Minimum one year of recent LTC RN experienceValid RN license per state regulationsCurrent BLS/CPR certificationPreferred ACLS certificationStrong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skillsPhysical ability to perform clinical dutiesProficiency in documentation, teamwork, and handling equipmentAbility to work under pressure and adapt to irregular activity Key qualities: Compassion, attention to detail, professionalism, and strong communication skills.
