About the role

Provide skilled nursing care in long-term care facilities, including assessing residents, developing care plans, administering treatments, supervising staff, educating residents and families, documenting care, responding to emergencies, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor resident health and implement personalized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments
  • Supervise nursing staff and ensure quality care delivery
  • Educate residents and families on health management
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate care
  • Follow safety protocols and respond to emergencies

Requirements

  • At least one year of recent Long-Term Care (LTC) RN experience
  • Valid RN license
  • Current BLS or CPR certification

Preferred Qualifications

  • ACLS certification or other facility-specific certifications
