About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting August 2, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a long-term care facility setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.
- Document patient care activities and outcomes accurately.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
- Current license to practice physical therapy in California.
- At least two years of recent, relevant clinical experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in computer systems and software used in healthcare settings.
Skills
- Skilled in performing therapeutic exercises and interventions.
- Knowledgeable in managing chronic conditions and disabilities.
- Experience with fall prevention and mobility enhancement techniques.
- Ability to handle emotionally challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.

Pay
The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined. The estimated weekly payment is intended for informational purposes and includes hourly wages, meal & incidental expenses, and housing expenses incurred on behalf of the Company. Any benefits (medical/dental/vision) are in addition to the weekly pay.
Schedule
The shift is 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday.
