About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 10, 2026, in Rapid City, South Dakota.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care in a LTC/SNF setting
- Work 40 hours per week on a 8-hour shift
Requirements
- Current license to practice physical therapy in the state of South Dakota
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility settings preferred
- Passionate about providing high-quality patient care
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- ACSM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) preferred
Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations
