Travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapist - $1,940 per week

About the role

The client in Hartford, Alabama is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract position starting immediately. The role involves providing care in Long Term Care facilities and is scheduled 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a long-term care setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Document patient care activities and outcomes accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Alabama
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• At least 1 year of relevant clinical experience
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
