About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Waukon, Iowa.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care in a LTC/SNF setting
- Work 40 hours per week on a 8-hour shift
Requirements
- Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Iowa
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility settings preferred
- Pass a background check
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current CPR certification
- Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations
