Travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapist - $1,940 per week

About the role

Award-winning CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract starting immediately in Portland, Oregon.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in long-term care facilities
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Document patient care activities and outcomes accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care

Requirements

• Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Oregon
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
• At least 1 year of clinical experience in long-term care settings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques and modalities
• Experience working with patients with chronic conditions
• Proficiency in computer systems and documentation software

Pay

• Based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation)
