About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Leominster, Massachusetts.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care in a LTC/SNF setting
- Work 40 hours per week, 8 hours per shift
- Assist with daily activities of patients
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Document patient progress and outcomes
Requirements
- Current licensure to practice in Massachusetts
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility settings preferred
- Passing score on the NCLEX-RN
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy preferred
- At least 1 year of clinical experience in physical therapy
- Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in computer systems and documentation software
