Travel Long Term Care (LTC) Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - $1,510 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment starting July 17, 2026, in Thousand Oaks, California.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care in a LTC/SNF setting
• Work 7-hour shifts, 35 hours per week
• Assist patients with daily activities and occupational therapy exercises
• Adhere to infection control protocols
• Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare providers

Requirements

• Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
• Current CPR certification
• Experience in long-term care or related field preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of an accredited occupational therapy assistant program
• Passing scores on the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) exam

Pay

Pay package is based on 7 hour shifts and 35 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined. Estimated weekly payments include hourly wages, meal & incidental expenses, and housing expenses incurred on behalf of the Company. Additional benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance are in addition to the weekly pay.

Schedule

Shifts are 7 hours per day, 5 days per week.
