Travel Long Term Care (LTC) Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - $1,520 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a 13-week contract position starting July 11, 2026, in Guthrie, Oklahoma.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in long-term care facilities.
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans to promote independence and quality of life.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare providers as needed.

Requirements

• Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant in Oklahoma.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience in long-term care settings preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
• Passing score on the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).

Skills

• Excellent clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proficiency in computer software for documentation and record-keeping.

Pay
