Travel Long Term Care (LTC) Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - $1,450 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a 13-week contract in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care in a long-term care setting.
• Assist patients in performing daily activities that promote independence and quality of life.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience in long-term care settings preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited occupational therapy assistant program.
• Passing score on the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) exam.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of occupational therapy principles and techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined. The estimated weekly payment is intended for informational purposes and includes hourly wages, as well as reimbursements for meal & incidental expenses, and housing expenses incurred on behalf of the Company. Any benefits (medical/dental/vision) are in addition to the weekly pay.
