About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a 13-week contract in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care in a long-term care setting.
- Assist patients in performing daily activities that promote independence and quality of life.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Document patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare providers.
Requirements
- Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
- Current CPR certification.
- Experience in long-term care settings preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of an accredited occupational therapy assistant program.
- Passing score on the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) exam.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of occupational therapy principles and techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay
The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined. The estimated weekly payment is intended for informational purposes and includes hourly wages, as well as reimbursements for meal & incidental expenses, and housing expenses incurred on behalf of the Company. Any benefits (medical/dental/vision) are in addition to the weekly pay.
