About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment starting ASAP in Waynesville, Missouri.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care in a Long Term Care setting
- Work 38 hours per week, 12-hour shifts
- Assist patients with daily activities and occupational therapy exercises
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
- Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare providers as needed
Requirements
- Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
- Current CPR certification
- Experience in Long Term Care settings preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an accredited occupational therapy assistant program
- Passing scores on the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) exam
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of occupational therapy techniques and principles

Pay
- Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 38 hours per week (subject to confirmation)
- Tax-free stipend amount to be determined
