About the Role

This is a temporary travel assignment in a skilled nursing facility, offering guaranteed hours and a structured 4-week contract.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents under RN supervision.
• Administer prescribed medications and document administration accurately.
• Monitor resident status, recognize changes, and communicate updates to the care team.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility while ensuring safety and comfort.
• Document care activities thoroughly in the electronic health record and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team.
• Respond to call lights and urgent situations following established protocols.

Requirements

• Active LPN license or eligibility to practice in New Mexico.
• Ability to work a 3x12-hour shift schedule in a long-term care environment.
• Demonstrated ability to perform essential nursing duties in a skilled nursing setting and document care accurately.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.

Pay

Weekly pay ranges from $658 to $672, with guaranteed hours of 36 per week.

Schedule

3x12-hour day shifts per week for the duration of the 4-week contract.
