Travel Licensed Practical Nurse Long Term Care Job
Local assignment in Bedford, New Hampshire at a skilled nursing facility (long-term care).
About the role
5-week contract starting 08/03/2026 with 40 guaranteed hours per week on a 5×8-day schedule (7:00–15:30).
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to residents in a long-term care environment under supervision, including ADLs support.
- Administer prescribed medications and manage basic nursing procedures per physician orders.
- Monitor vital signs, assess changes in residents’ condition, and communicate updates to the supervising RN.
- Document care, treatments, and observations accurately in the resident’s chart and relevant nursing systems.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to update care plans and ensure resident safety and comfort.
- Assist with daily activities, hygiene, and mobility as part of holistic resident care.
Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in New Hampshire (state-specific licensure).
- Ability to work the 7:00–15:30 shift (8 hours) on a 5×8 schedule.
- Experience in or ability to work in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to pass background check and required screenings.
Pay
Weekly pay: $1,019 to $1,078.
