Travel Licensed Practical Nurse Long Term Care Job
Travel assignment in Bennington, VT starting July 29, 2026 for 13 weeks.
About the role
Licensed Practical Nurse position in a long-term care / skilled nursing environment with a focus on resident-centered care. Evening shift (3:00 PM–11:30 PM).
Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor residents’ conditions, document changes, and report findings to the supervising clinician
- Administer medications, follow physician orders, and perform basic nursing procedures per policy
- Provide wound care, infection prevention, and management of common chronic conditions
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and update individualized care plans
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and maintain safety, dignity, and comfort
- Maintain accurate charting and documentation, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations
Requirements
- Active LPN license in good standing (state-specific or eligible for licensure as applicable)
- Completion of an approved practical nursing program
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferred
- Ability to work evenings and adapt to a fast-paced, patient-centered environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; commitment to resident advocacy
Pay
Weekly pay ranges from $1,445 to $1,454, with guaranteed 40 hours per week.

- Evening shift: 3:00 PM–11:30 PM
