About the role

Licensed Practical Nurse position in a long-term care / skilled nursing environment with a focus on resident-centered care. Evening shift (3:00 PM–11:30 PM).

Responsibilities

  • Assess and monitor residents’ conditions, document changes, and report findings to the supervising clinician
  • Administer medications, follow physician orders, and perform basic nursing procedures per policy
  • Provide wound care, infection prevention, and management of common chronic conditions
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and update individualized care plans
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living and maintain safety, dignity, and comfort
  • Maintain accurate charting and documentation, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations

Requirements

  • Active LPN license in good standing (state-specific or eligible for licensure as applicable)
  • Completion of an approved practical nursing program
  • Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferred
  • Ability to work evenings and adapt to a fast-paced, patient-centered environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills; commitment to resident advocacy

Pay

Weekly pay ranges from $1,445 to $1,454, with guaranteed 40 hours per week.

Schedule

  • Evening shift: 3:00 PM–11:30 PM
  • Guaranteed 40 hours per week
  • 13-week contract duration
