Travel assignment in a long-term care setting starting 08/10/2026 for 7 weeks.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents during night shifts in a long-term care setting.
- Monitor residents’ health status, administer medications as prescribed, and document changes in the medical record.
- Perform routine nursing assessments, contribute to care planning, and communicate updates to the interdisciplinary team.
- Support safety and infection control protocols, assist with fall prevention, wound care, and emergency responses.
- Ensure accurate documentation, conduct thorough shift handoffs, and maintain compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members to coordinate care and uphold quality of life for residents.
Requirements
- Active LPN license in good standing (state-specific licensure appropriate for travel assignment).
- Current CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain per policy.
- Previous experience in long-term care or similar setting preferred.
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and travel for a 7-week assignment.
- Strong communication, observation, and documentation skills.
- Eligible to work in the United States and participate in a 7-week assignment.
Pay
Weekly pay: $866–912 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week.
Schedule
3x12 night shifts for a 7-week contract duration.
