Travel Labor and Delivery RN

About the role

We are seeking a qualified RN specializing in Labor and Delivery for a travel assignment.

Responsibilities

• Providing comprehensive labor and delivery care in a community hospital setting.
• Assisting with vaginal deliveries, C-sections, and neonatal resuscitation.
• Managing antepartum and postpartum patients, including hemorrhage and shock management.
• Administering IV therapies, blood products, and monitoring fetal well-being.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in labor and delivery, with community hospital experience preferred.
• Certifications: BLS, FHM, NRP; AWHONN certifications are a plus.

Skills

• Proficiency in IV therapy, phlebotomy, and labor management procedures.

Schedule

Night shifts of 12 hours, totaling 36 hours weekly.
