About the role

Join our team as a Registered Nurse in the ICU. This role requires a highly skilled professional to provide critical care to adult and geriatric patients. The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years of ICU experience and will be expected to perform in a fast-paced environment with a patient ratio of 1:4 depending on the patient status.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions and vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation using electronic health records (EHR).

Requirements

• Valid Pennsylvania RN License.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• Minimum of two years of ICU experience.

Pay

Pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
