About the role
Aequor Allied is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a position in Warsaw, Virginia.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in their home environment.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Virginia.
- At least one year of recent clinical experience in home health or related field.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- ACSM Certified Personal Trainer certification preferred.
Skills
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Proficient in computer software used for documentation.
Pay
The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
Shifts are 8 hours long and occur Monday through Friday, with potential for evening and weekend work.
