Travel Home Health Occupational Therapist - $2,291 per week

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Home Health Occupational Therapist to provide occupational therapy services to patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities, helping them regain or improve daily living skills while working in the Silverdale, Washington area.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide occupational therapy interventions to improve daily living skills.
• Document patient progress using OASIS and Wellsky systems.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care.
• Travel within Kitsap County, primarily covering North Kitsap (Poulsbo, Kingston, Bainbridge) and occasional county‑wide locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Washington State Occupational Therapy license (required to start assignment).
• Current BLS certification (may be required from AHA or ARC).
• Home health experience.
• Experience with Wellsky and OASIS documentation systems.

Schedule

• Flexible schedule: 5 × 8‑hour days or 4 × 10‑hour days.
• 40 hours per week, 8‑hour shift.
• No weekend rotation.
• No on‑call requirements.
• Assignment length: 13 weeks, starting 12 October 2026.

Pay

Compensation is based on 8‑hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined. Weekly, on‑time pay is provided.
