Supplemental Health Care is hiring Occupational Therapists with previous OASIS experience for home health contracts in Denver, Colorado and the surrounding areas.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist program.
- Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in Colorado.
- CPR Certified or ability to obtain.
- Previous OASIS experience.
- Previous experience with Computer Charting.
- Six months of previous Home Health Care experience.
- Valid U.S. Driver's License and reliable transportation.
