Supplemental Health Care is seeking a travel Home Health Occupational Therapist for a 13‑week contract in Arbor Vitae, Wisconsin. The position offers 40 hours per week, 8‑hour day shifts, and provides travel opportunities with support from a staffing agency that has over 40 years of healthcare staffing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services in a home health setting for clients in Arbor Vitae and surrounding areas.
• Complete OASIS documentation and utilize computer charting systems.
• Travel to assigned territory and maintain a designated coverage area.
• Deliver care on an hourly basis (paid by the hour, not per visit).
• Receive round‑the‑clock support and career guidance from Supplemental Health Care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist program.
• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Wisconsin.
• CPR certification (or ability to obtain).
• Previous OASIS experience.
• Experience with computer charting.
• Minimum six months of home health care experience.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay

Competitive weekly pay ranging from $2,128 to $2,298 per week, based on 8‑hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation). Pay is hourly (not per visit) and includes a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
