Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist program
- Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in Wisconsin
- CPR Certified or ability to obtain
- Previous OASIS experience
- Previous experience with Computer Charting
- 6 months of previous Home Health Care experience
- Valid U.S. Driver's License and reliable transportation
Pay
$2,128 – $2,298 per week (based on 8‑hour shifts, 40 hours per week). Pay is hourly, not per visit.
Schedule
13‑week contract, 40 hours per week, 8‑hour day shifts.
