What We Are Looking For A driven and mission-focused Travel, Expense and Credit Card Specialist to administer and support the organization's travel, expense reimbursement, and credit card programs. Expectations Of This Role Maintain an active relationship with Jesus Christ and support the ministry through prayer and actionsEnsure accurate and timely processing of employee expense reportsPromote compliance with company policies and IRS regulationsProvide employee training and supportServe as the primary liaison with travel-related vendors and service provider Qualifications 3+ years experience with corporate travel, expense reimbursement, and credit card programsAssociate degree or equivalent combination of coursework and experienceWorking knowledge of accounting software to preferably include Concur and SAGE/IntaactIntermediate Excel and Word skillsStrong working knowledge of standard expense procedures, including, but not limited to the processing of expense reportsAbility to understand and interpret vendor invoices and other varied source documentsAbility to utilize an automated accounting system and to format and generate reportsKeen attention to detail and ability to follow and complete detailed processesExcellent written and oral communication skillsAbility to multi-task and appropriately handle confidential informationThis is a remote position located in the US requiring the ability to travel up to 5% What We Offer A team oriented, mission driven, supportive environment with cutting edge technology solutions and tremendous opportunity for growth and development. Our outstanding benefits package includes paid leave starting at 39 days (14 holidays, 15 vacation days, 10 sick days) after one year of employment. Part-time employees working at least 20 hours per week on a regular basis are eligible for select offerings, not inclusive of health benefits, on a pro-rated basis. Salary at Prison Fellowship is determined by a variety of factors. For this full time position, the hourly rate is projected to be between $21.50-$26.50/hour.
