Responsibilities

• Perform any combination of clerical and accounting/billing duties
• Compile data and prepare company invoices
• Generate billing for customers

• Good communication skills
• Accounting/billing background
• Accurate data entry and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions
• Proficiency and working knowledge with email and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to check documents for accuracy
