About the role
Travel nursing position for a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Emergency Department (ED) in Reidsville, North Carolina. Start date: October 26, 2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Schedule: 36 hours per week, 12‑hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM), three shifts per week, with requirement to work 2 out of 4 holidays. Employment type: Travel.
Responsibilities
- Manage patient care for a variety of conditions in a high‑volume environment.
- Perform critical assessments and appropriate nursing interventions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Requirements
Active RN license in the state of practice. Minimum 2 years of registered nursing experience.
Qualifications
- BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS certifications required.
- TNCC certification preferred.
- Experience with Epic charting system required.
- Previous charge experience preferred.
- Experience in STEMI/Stroke certified facilities preferred.
Skills
Ability to float as needed, care for patients across various age groups, work in a fast‑paced ED setting.

Pay
Pay package is based on 12‑hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
