About the role
We are seeking a skilled Electrophysiology (EP) Lab RN to provide specialized patient care in a hospital setting.
Responsibilities
- Perform nursing assessments
- Assist with electrophysiology procedures such as ablations and device implants
- Administer medications
- Monitor cardiac rhythms
- Support patient education
- Maintain sterile techniques
- Collaborate with the care team to develop treatment plans
- Ensure patient safety during and after procedures
Qualifications
- At least one year of recent EP lab experience
- Valid RN license
- BLS and ACLS certifications
Skills
- Critical thinking
- Excellent communication
- Physical dexterity
- Ability to work under pressure
Preferred certifications: PALS, ENPC, RCES, or RCIS.
