Job Summary
The Operating Room (OR) Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) Nurse position is located in Wenatchee, Washington. This role involves providing high-quality, compassionate perioperative care for cardiac and general surgical patients within a dynamic hospital environment. The licensed nurse will be responsible for coordinating patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures, ensuring adherence to clinical standards and legal requirements.

Required Qualifications
- License: Washington State or Compact Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
- Experience: Experience in Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR), general Operating Room (OR) experience, and cardiac surgical procedures
- Certifications: Active Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications
- Skills: Ability to float as a sitter (may be required to float in rotation)
Position Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care: in accordance with unit standards and the nursing process
- Develop, implement, and evaluate patient-specific care plans:
- Administer medications, perform nursing procedures/treatments, and document care accurately:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and respond appropriately to changing conditions:
- Collaborate with healthcare team members and delegate tasks as appropriate:
- Maintain a safe, clean environment following hospital policies:

- The role requires adherence to the organization's policies and the Washington Nurse Practice Act
- Maintains current knowledge of workflows, evidence-based procedures, and unit standards
