The Travel Consultant reconciles travel-focused consultancy with supplier coordination, documentation, and quality control within the Travel Group Luxembourg network. Work must be traceable, with clear ownership, status, and next steps for all tasks. The role emphasizes a consultative approach tailored to the network’s demands, ensuring usability and compliance across multiple leisure-travel agency brands.
Responsibilities
- Reconcile travel-focused consultancy with supplier coordination, leaving a visible source, owner, status, and next action for each checkpoint.
- Coordinate role documentation with status tracking, ensuring clarity and traceability in the consultative workflow.
- Review reservation systems with deadline management, maintaining accuracy and accountability.
- Document processes and generate reports to support travel-focused consultancy and workflow transparency.
- Maintain quality control and workflow management, surfacing unresolved items and preventing downstream rework.

Position Details
Full-time, associate-level role. 100% remote within the United States.
Pay
Base salary: $42,000–$65,000 per year.
