Travel Consultant

About the Role

This full-time, 100% remote position supports the day-to-day customer, administrative, operational, or business workflows for Luxury Escape by Jaclyn Vehlewald. The Travel Consultant ensures travel-related requests move from research or inquiry through accurate documentation, coordination, and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Review traveler requests, booking details, destination research, supplier information, or itinerary changes.
• Maintain accuracy of names, dates, confirmations, preferences, and travel documentation in shared systems.
• Follow up with travelers, suppliers, or internal teams when information or action is outstanding.
• Resolve routine questions and escalate complex booking or service issues with clear notes.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail, particularly with names, dates, confirmations, and customer preferences.
• Clear customer communication and dependable follow-up.
• Confidence researching and organizing information across web-based tools.
• Ability to manage multiple requests without losing track of outstanding details.
• Comfort applying these skills specifically to travel consulting, not generic administrative support.

Pay

Base compensation: $42,000–$62,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Full-time, 100% remote within the United States.
