Travel Consultant
About the role
Fabventure Travel's Travel Consultant will support Europe, Mediterranean and Caribbean cruises, all-inclusive vacations, honeymoons, family trips, and groups, with particular attention to traveler-fit planning. The role focuses on travel consultative planning within Europe travel support, ensuring incomplete information is surfaced before it becomes downstream rework.
Responsibilities
- Use Supplier Coordination and Quote Preparation confidently in travel consultative planning.
- Apply Cruise Vacation Operations while tracking exceptions, owners, and deadlines.
- Document Travel Consultant decisions clearly so another teammate can follow the reasoning.
- Use sound judgment in Itinerary Planning, escalating when needed instead of making assumptions.
- Track, own, coordinate, review, and maintain the Travel Consultant workflow by:
- Clarifying traveler priorities before recommending options.
- Researching destinations and products against stated needs.
- Comparing meaningful tradeoffs without presenting pending details as final.
- Coordinating supplier or booking follow-up.
- Documenting the reasoning behind important trip choices.
What Matters Most
Strong performance is demonstrated through fewer avoidable corrections, timely follow-through, and records that make the next action obvious. Success is measured through effective travel consultative planning within Europe travel support.
Position Details
Full-time, associate-level role. 100% remote within the United States. Remote execution is complete only when travel consultative planning leaves traveler-fit planning accurate, secure, traceable, and ready for the next authorized teammate.
Pay
Base salary: $42,000–$62,000 per year.
