About the role
This position combines administrative support, client coordination, and quality control, focusing heavily on exciting cruise and travel experiences. This is an on-site position at our Tucson office. It is a stable, reliable role that offers an excellent entry point into the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities
- Support Travel Advisors with active client bookings and vacation arrangements.
- Create, update, and maintain detailed client itineraries and travel documentation.
- Review reservations, confirmations, and travel documents for total accuracy.
- Cookinate directly with cruise lines, tour operators, hotels, and other travel suppliers.
- Monitor booking deadlines, final payments, and outstanding reservation requirements.
- Perform quality control reviews before releasing travel documents to clients.
- Maintain accurate records within company CRM and reservation systems.
Qualifications
- A positive attitude and a strong desire to learn.
- The core must-haves for this role are collaboration, communication, organization, and consistent follow-through.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, administrative support, or the travel industry is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding relationship-building abilities and a passion for helping others.

- A high level of accuracy, accountability, and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using standard office technology, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and basic database or CRM software.
Benefits
A steady base salary of $37,500 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
