Travel Cardiovascular ICU Registered Nurse - $1,790 per week
Intensive Care Unit Cardiovascular (ICU OH) in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. This position involves working in a high-acuity cardiac intensive care environment, providing specialized monitoring and treatment to adult patients with complex cardiac conditions. The role requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes in a safe and secure setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide specialized care to adult patients with complex cardiac conditions in a high-acuity CVICU setting
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Float to other units and hospitals as needed
- Work holidays and every other weekend
- Utilize Meditech electronic medical record system for patient documentation
Requirements
- Registered Nurse license for the State of Alabama or a compact license
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- AHA Nurse Intersection of Hemodialysis (NIHSS) certification
- Minimum 2 years of experience (18 months with high-level license and at least 1 recent year in the specialty may be considered)
- Willingness to work nights shift, 12 hours per shift, 36 hours minimum per week
- Availability for holidays and every other weekend
Preferred Qualifications
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification for pediatric unit work

Pay
