Travel Cardiovascular ICU Registered Nurse - $1,735 per week

Job Summary

The ICU Cardiovascular (ICU OH) specialization role, based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, involves providing critical care in a dedicated Intensive Care Unit focused on cardiovascular patients. This position offers nights shifts with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, supporting adult and geriatric populations.

Job Details

• Schedule: Nights shift totaling 12 hours, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Oklahoma Registered Nurse license or Compact license at the time of submission;
• ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications;
• 0 years of experience minimum;
• willing to float to similar units within scope if needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with arterial line management,
• blood product administration,
• ventilated patient care,
• management of dysrhythmias,
• CVA/Acute Stroke management,
• and other critical care procedures.

Additional Information

• The unit supports cardiac surgical and medical patients, with occasional overflow from the adult medical ICU.
• The team benefits from interdisciplinary support including IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, interpretation services, rapid response teams, and pharmacy.
• Travelers will receive brief orientation on the unit, with modules completed onsite during orientation.
• No weekend shifts are specified beyond the night coverage, and local travel is not accepted.

Pay Package

The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
