Travel Cardiovascular ICU Registered Nurse - $1,865 per week
Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Cardiovascular specialty position located at a healthcare facility. This role involves managing patients in the CVICU, including interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, multi-system organ failure, and post-cardiac surgery care. The assignment offers essential clinical exposure and skill development in a dynamic, hospital-based environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage patients in the CVICU
- Interpret and manage dysrhythmias
- Care for patients with multi-system organ failure
- Provide post-cardiac surgery care
- Float rotation may be required to Glenbrook MICU, Evanston ICU, or Highland Park ICU
Requirements
- Active Illinois RN license
- CPR certification
- ACLS certification
- NIHSS certification
- Minimum of 0 years of relevant experience
- Epic experience on a cardiovascular-focused campus
- Must pass an EKG test with a score of 80% or above
- Submit an updated resume and CV skills checklist (within the last year)
- Provide a supervisor reference (within the last year)
- Verification of Illinois license prior to start
Preferred Qualifications
- Charge experience within CVICU setting
Schedule
- Nights shift, 12 hours per shift
- 36 hours per week
- Duration: 8 weeks
- Start Date: 08/30/2026
